The Details

A Block of the Month quilt subscription programs allow you to build your beautiful quilts block by block, month by month! It makes creating a quilt from start to finish so easy and fun. We offer a wonderful selection of Block of the Month quilt kits—often abbreviated as BOM quilt kits—so you can pick one that suits your fancy and get to stitching!

This is a subscription-based quilting project that comes to you in the mail (or local store pick-up). Each month you’ll sew a portion of your quilt blocks until you’re all finished! It’s exciting to see your quilt block of the month as they arrive, plus it's also an economical way to quilt as you pay for your project a little bit at a time.

How it works:  Each month, we’ll send you the fabrics, instructions, and patterns for one quilt block. With each of these quilt block kits, you’ll put together quilt blocks over a few months. At the end, we’ll send you the borders and binding fabric along with instructions to turn your quilt blocks into a finished quilt! Quilt along at your own pace, or race to get each one stitched up as soon as it arrives in the mail—it’s all up to you!

When you sign up for a program, it is understood that you are signing up for the entire program and we will reserve an entire quilt/program for you. Your Block/Kit charge will automatically occur on the billing date established for that program, on the credit card you used to sign up for the program

Cancellation:

Block of the Month programs are non-cancellable and non-refundable. When you sign up for a Block of the Month, we reserve an entire quilt for you. If we have already shipped some of your Blocks, we are now left with an incomplete quilt kit which we cannot sell.

If you need to cancel before the start of a BOM please call us as soon as possible. We will be happy to transfer or credit your registration fee to another subscription.

Monthly Fees

Beginning the first month of the program, and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the details (and taxes when applicable). Unless otherwise stated, a flat rate shipping fee will be added to all orders. Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit/debit card used to pay for the Registration Fee.

Billing

Once a BOM Program begins and is scheduled for that first month, it will be billed on or around the same time each month.

If for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card, an email will be sent to you and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.  Updates can also be done on our website in the subscription portal.

Shipping

You will have the option to have your monthly blocks shipped to you or you can pick them up in the store. Each BOM will have a flat rate shipping cost for each month. Please know that we do our best to reduce shipping costs and try to keep your normal monthly shipping cost to under $5 per kit.
